ClinkIT Solutions’ desire to harness new talent as the lifeblood of the organization gave birth to the Sidekicks program.
Sidekicks is designed to empower high-potential individuals. The Sidekicks Program came to life in 2018 with the goal to train students, fresh graduates, and highly skilled tech talents to help them reach their fullest potential.
Since then, the program has gained widespread recognition, attracting more applicants every year. Now on its sixth iteration, the program continues its mission and opens a once in a lifetime opportunity to a brand-new batch of Sidekicks.
Sidekicks 6.0: We Are Digital welcomes fresh graduates, young developers, and aspiring digital specialists to a 12-week tech bootcamp. The Sidekicks take part in a highly selective program at 6x Gold Microsoft Partner ClinkIT Solutions.
The Sidekicks program gives participants access to a variety of skill development and training programs across intensive cloud training and certifications, new-age technologies, innovative reskilling and leadership programs. The prestigious program includes networking opportunities and comprehensive training on Sales, Project Management, and Software Development. All of these will help the Sidekicks to enhance their career path in IT further.
At the end of the program, the Sidekicks who excel have a chance of becoming one of ClinkIT Solutions’ full-time Superheroes. Sidekicks has grown into one of the most recognizable programs in the search and training of exceptional young IT and Computer Science talent.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
Sidekicks aims to provide fresh IT graduates with an intensive tech-specific bootcamp. Through this program, ClinkIT Solutions hopes to build a high-potential bench of developers, project managers and salespeople to continue to grow and lead in the industry.

There is a growing demand for top IT talents who can survive and thrive in a digital-first world. If you are a fresh IT or Computer Science graduate with zero up to 1 year of work experience, then the Sidekicks Program could be for you!
The program is open to male and female applicants between 21 to 24 years old. Applicants with basic knowledge of Microsoft .NET development using C#, web development with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and AngularJS are preferred.
Most importantly, aspiring Sidekicks should be able to think critically, learn quickly, work under pressure and positively adapt to challenges. Are you our next Superhero?
