Project Manager / Business Analyst

In charge of organizing tasks, time, resources, and people. Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project and responsible for the outcome of the project.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Prepare and define the project scope of work, financial plan, its goals and deliverables 
  • Assign responsibilities and identifying the resources’ requirements 
  • Coordinate directly and indirectly with project staff to ensure successful completion of the project 
  • Track project deliveries 
  • Resolve, trace and escalate critical issues to minimize project risk factors 
  • Communicate intensively with clients and the team to establish effective working relationship 
  • Report project progress and other related information to the company management or supervisor 
  • Attend and actively contributing in client meetings as required 
  • Attend and actively contributing in internal team meetings 
  • Proactively contribute to the general work culture at Skykomish, Inc. 
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions 
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems 
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and finding 
  • Perform requirements analysis 
  • Document and communicate the results of your efforts 
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management 
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports 
  • Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff 
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching and guidance to junior staff 
  • Allocate resources and maintaining cost efficiency 
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements 
  • Perform user acceptance testing 
  • Manage projects, develop project plans and monitor performance 
  • Update, implement and maintain procedures 
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements 
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users 
  • Manage competing resources and priorities 
  • Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects 
  • Other related tasks assigned to you

Skills and Qualifications 

  • College/Bachelor’s Degree in a related field 
  • Proven ability to initiate / manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects 
  • Certification in Scrum is a big plus 
  • Critical thinker and a good decision maker 
  • Leadership skills: Keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for your employees 
  • Math and budgeting skills 
  • Analytical skills: To be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day 
  • Must have good managing skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Adaptability 
  • Tolerant to stressful situations
