SharePoint Developer

Purpose: Work to develop, enhance and support software solutions of a high quality – including (but not limited to) planning, design, implementation, and documentation of projects related to the development and maintenance of the SharePoint environment

Your responsibilities will include

(but are not limited to):

• Work within a project team to develop, enhance and support solutions of high quality for client and internal projects.
• Problem-solve and think laterally as part of a team, or individually to meet the needs of the project
• Develop software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes
• In collaboration with other team members, assist in the design and development of SharePoint solutions from both an operational perspective and an end-user perspective.
• Work within project timelines and budget constraints.
• Study towards Microsoft exams and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) qualification.
• Document release and deployment procedures and assist fellow developers with the writing of technical specifications.
• Highlight potential opportunities and project risks to management.
• Assist with project estimation (time/budget) in pre-sales opportunities.
• Provide opinions, concepts, and recommendations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends in technology and human behavior.
• Proactively contribute to the general work culture at Skykomish, Inc. and adhere to its coding standards.
• Other related duties assigned to you by your supervisor
  

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired
2. At least 2-3 SharePoint experience. Preferably if there is architectural and systems design experience.
3. Proven experience in development, configuration, workflow, and other administrative tasks on SharePointExtending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies
4. Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions
   and data management.
5. Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow
6. Must have experience with the development and implementation of SharePoint solutions as well as SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development
7. Experience in client interaction and understanding business application, business data flow and migration from:
   • Microsoft SharePoint 2010
   • Microsoft SharePoint 2013
   • Microsoft SharePoint 2016
   • Microsoft SharePoint Online
   • Modern SharePoint
   • Strong knowledge on the .NET framework, IIS, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint site configuration

Experienced with the following:

• VB.NET
• ASP.NET
• C#
• MS SQL
• XML
• HTML5
• CSS
• JavaScript
• Must have a strong programming background authoring well written, well documented,
  modular, and clean code.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Demonstrates appropriate work/life balance.
• Can work ONSITE Makati Office 3-4 times a month.
• Good and stable internet connection
• Has a pro-active and positive attitude
